ABOUT TIFFANY

Gymnast from the age of 3, training 4 hours a day from the age of 6.

Gruelling training schedule of gymnastics, combined with school and growing up without the sport infrastructure took its toll on Tiffany.

Pushing physical and mental limits caught up with Tiffany resulting in burnout, leading to the development of ClimbFlow and advocating for the importance of awareness for Mental Health.
